Hajj: Two Kaduna pilgrims die in Saudi Arabia

Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency, has confirmed the deaths of two more pilgrims from the state.

The Special Assistant to the Executive Secretary of the State Pilgrims Agency, Ibrahim Giwa, while confirming the incident said the two pilgrims died while performing their hajj rites in Saudi Arabia.

He said the pilgrims were identified as Bashir Umar Sambo from Kubau Local Government and Sulaiman Abubakar Unguwan Lalli, from Igabi Local Government Area of the state.

Giwa said, “The Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency announces the death of Sulaiman Abubakar Unguwan Lalli, KD 086 TRK from Igabi LGA and Bashir Umar Sambo, KD 318 KB from Kubau local government area.”

The two pilgrims that recently died brings the total number of deceased pilgrims in Saudi Arabia to four from the state.
