Dynamic gospel singer, Victoria Orenze has disclosed that she was once a married woman but now single.
According to her, it wasn’t her choice to become divorced even as a victim of domestic violence, however, she couldn’t stop her husband from leaving the marriage when he wanted to in 2008.
She revealed this in a gathering of women where she ministered a sermon recently.
The ‘Convent Keeping God’ crooner added that she will get married again but this time, things will be different.
Citing the case of late gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu, she stated that while the Church and Bible does not support divorce, the greatest victims are women.
She suggested that Osinachi’s story could have been different if she had left.
Victoria added that if her marriage had not ended, she wouldn’t be the celebrated minister that she is today.
