Pastor Blessed Uzochikwa, the fiancé of gospel singer, Mercy Chinwo, has said that a Christian ‘brother’ is allowed to select a fellow ‘sister’ when he is ready to get married.
He made this known in a newly uploaded video while reacting to a viral video where he was seen sister-zoning Chinwo whom he recently got engaged to.
Uzochikwa, who is the Resident Pastor of The Waterbrook church, Lekki, made the clarification in reaction to old videos that had surfaced after they announced their engagement last week.
Addressing his ‘online inlaws’ in a new video on Monday, the cleric said, “They went to bring up old messages where I said she’s like a sister to me. I’m her brother. Am I not a brother? When it’s time to get married, you look among the sisters and pick.”
