The palace of Oloto of Oto Awori Kingdom, Oba Aina Kuyamiku was on Thursday invaded by hoodlums.
According to The PUNCH, vehicles belonging to the monarch were destroyed, while some shops in the area were burnt.
A combined team of military and police operatives has beefed up security in the area.
