Newly married Nigerian gospel singer, Mercy Chinwo, admitted that she is blessed to be the wife of Pastor Blessed Uzochikwa of Water Brooks Church.
The ‘Excess Love’ singer and Uzochikwa tied the knot last Saturday in a glamourous wedding ceremony graced by singer-turned politician, Banky W and his wife, Adesua Etomi-Wellington.
Other friends, families, colleagues, and celebrities at the white wedding held in Port Harcourt, the capital city of Rivers included Moses Bliss, Waje, Joe Praize, Pita Sings, and so on.
In a video highlighting the elegant, and lite wedding on her Instagram page, Mercy Chinwo said she was blessed to be married to her ‘Blessed’ Pastor husband.
She wrote, “We still can’t get over this day. The joy that exudes our heart is beyond measure. I am so blessed to be your wife @theofficialblessed…..”.
The husband, who likewise chanted praises of the vibes his newly wedded wife displayed at the traditional wedding, wrote, “Can’t get over the traditional marriage vibes”.
In the same vein, Pastor Blessed extended his gratitude to the family of Mr and Mrs Wellingon, where he described the bond as that of a true family.
He also added that he’s blessed to have Adesua and Banky W as friends.
He wrote, “The bond that links your true family is not one of blood, but of respect, love, loyalty, joy in each other’s life.
